Instructions
In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, ripe banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey/agave syrup if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Decorate the top of the smoothie with an artistic arrangement of your chosen toppings: sliced fruits, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
Finish with a few mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
