Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess (smooth or chunky).
Add the diced mango and gently fold into the mashed avocado.
Stir in the finely chopped red onion and minced jalapeño, mixing well.
Pour in the fresh lime juice and add the chopped cilantro, folding gently to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as desired for flavor.
Let the guacamole sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
