2 cup
cherry tomatoes, halved
1
4 cup

crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Assorted pita bread and vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then transfer the hummus to a serving platter.
Use the back of a spoon to create swirls in the hummus for added texture.
Arrange the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the hummus in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for finishing and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with pita bread and an assortment of fresh vegetable sticks like carrot, bell pepper, and celery alongside the hummus board.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
