Ingredients

24 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed (reserve some for topping)

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Additional strawberries for garnish

Optional: Gold sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9x9-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter until the crumbs are well coated.

Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream, blending until creamy and free of lumps.

Fold the pureed strawberries gently into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

Carefully fold in the whipped cream, ensuring it remains light and airy.

Pour the strawberry cheesecake mixture over the cooled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 4 hours or until set.

Once set, use a sharp knife to cut the cheesecake into squares. Drizzle the reserved strawberry puree on top of each square and garnish with fresh strawberry slices and gold sprinkles if using.
