Instructions
Peel the banana and break it into chunks. Place it in a blender.
Add the creamy peanut butter, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you want a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and, if desired, sprinkle with chia seeds or crushed nuts for added texture and garnish.
