4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it forms a chunky marinade.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until it's hot.
