Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1/4 cup ranch dressing or your choice of sauce

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them evenly with the garlic mixture.

        Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

          Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing on the tortilla followed by a layer of fresh spinach, sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

            Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.

              Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

                To finish, place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.

                  Allow the wraps to cool slightly before slicing them in half. Garnish with fresh basil leaves on top.
