fresh spinach

mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

chia seeds

almond butter (or any nut butter)

almond milk (or milk of choice)

teaspoon
honey or maple syrup (optional)
to taste

ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions
Start by washing the fresh spinach and berries thoroughly under cold water.
In a blender, combine the spinach, mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, and almond butter.
Pour in the almond milk, then add honey or maple syrup if you’d like some additional sweetness.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
Notes
Garnish with whole berries and chia seeds for presentation.
