Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush a light layer of olive oil on each flatbread for added crispiness.
Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads, ensuring they are well-covered.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by the thinly sliced red onion and sweet corn.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top for a fresh finish.
